A-Plus All Weather® Premium Acrylic Waterproof Elastomeric Paint

CONCRETE: COMPLETE SYSTEM (Suggested for TOTAL waterproofing protection)

1. Sealer: Allow concrete surface to cure for 4 weeks. Otherwise, apply at least 2 coats of A-Plus® Concrete Sealer. Allow 1-2 hours drying between each coat.
2. Waterproofing: For positive side waterproofing on areas such as Firewalls, Bathroom, Roofdecks, Basements, etc., apply 3-4 coats of a mixture of A-Plus® Concrete Bond with portland cement at 1-Ltr to 1-Kg ratio. Pot life is approx 4 hours. Allow 2-3 hours drying between each coat. For superior waterproofing on both positive and negative side water pressure, apply 2-3 coats of A-Plus Water-Check®.
3. Putty: Repair all minor cracks and surface imperfections with A-Plus® Concrete Putty. For a luxuriously smooth finish, apply A-Plus® Skim Coat 501/503.
4. Topcoat: Apply 2-3 coats A-Plus All Weather® Paint using either a brush, roller, or spray. Allow 2-3 hours drying between each coat.

CONCRETE SURFACES:

1. Sealer: Allow concrete surface to cure for 4 weeks. Otherwise, apply at least 2 coats of A-Plus® Concrete Sealer. Allow 1-2 hours drying between each coat. Let cure for 24 hours. Skip this step ONLY IF concrete surface is in OPTIMAL CONDITION. (i.e. Good quality concrete-aggregate mixture & preparation, fully cured, no efflorescence, surface at normal alkali levels.)
2. If previously painted, clean surface thoroughly and strip off all poorly adhered paint. Sand with large grit sandpaper to improve adhesion of new paint.
3. Putty: Repair all minor cracks and surface imperfections with A-Plus® Concrete Putty. For a luxuriously smooth finish, apply A-Plus® Skim Coat 501/503.
4. Topcoat: Apply 2-3 coats A-Plus All Weather® Paint using either a brush, roller, or spray. Allow 2-3 hours drying between each coat.

WOOD SURFACES:

1. Clean surface thoroughly. If previously painted, strip–off all poorly adhered paint. Sand with large grit sandpaper to improve adhesion. (APPLY ONLY ON ROUGH WOOD SURFACES)
2. Primer: Apply 1-2 coats A-Plus® Premium Acrylic Latex or A-Plus Aqua Enamel® Wood Primer followed by A-Plus® Enamel Glazing Putty to cover all surface imperfections. Allow to cure overnight before applying topcoat.
3. Topcoat: Apply 2-3 coats A-Plus All Weather® Paint using either a brush, roller, or spray. Allow 2-3 hours drying between each coat.

GALVANIZED IRON SURFACES:

1. Wipe surface clean with A-Plus® PG Lacquer Thinner then let dry. If rust is present, sand while applying A-Plus® Rust Converter.
2. Primer: Apply either Glazer Galva-Plus® Epoxy Primer or A-Plus® Metal Primer Red Oxide.
3. Topcoat: Apply 2-3 coats A-Plus All Weather® Paint using either a brush, roller, or spray. Allow 2-3 hours drying between each coat.

*OPTIONAL: For higher gloss and better scratch resistance, apply 1–2 coats A-Plus All Weather® Topcoat Clear 2–3 hours after the last coat of A-Plus All Weather® Paint.
