Job Description:

– Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
– Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
– Typing, preparing and collating reports

– Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
– Prioritising workloads
– Logging or processing bills or expenses
– Other Admin tasks
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Full time positions are available.

Qualifications:
– Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
– Good work ethics and pleasing personality.
– Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills, with Admin experience.
– Required Skill(s): data analyst, clerical works, attention to details, flexibility.
– Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
– Computer literate and proficient in software applications (Windows, MS Office Excel)
