A-Plus® Acrylic Clear Gloss Emulsion is a water-based acrylic type transparent coating that acts as a barrier against dampness on concrete walls. It enhances the performance of latex paint when applied on concrete surfaces.

Principal Uses: Ideal for protecting topcoat paints from damp and humid concrete walls. It can also be used as preparation for installation of wallpaper.

1. Surfaces to be painted should be clean and dry, free from grease, dust, dirt contaminants, and all loose grit and mortar.
2. If previously painted, strip off all paint to bare substrate with A-Plus Supertanggal® Paint Remover.
3. Avoid painting under extreme environmental conditions and/ or bad weather conditions.
4. Let dry before painting.
1. Follow proper surface preparation. Allow new masonry to cure for at least 4 weeks under normal weather conditions before painting.
2. First Coat: Apply at least 1 coat of A-Plus® Acrylic Clear Gloss Emulsion by either brush, roller, or spray.
3. Primer: Apply primer using A-Plus® Premium Acrylic Flat Latex by brush/roller/spray.
4. Topcoat: Apply any topcoat of choice using A-Plus® Premium Acrylic Flat/SemiGloss/Gloss Latex, A-Plus Fresh&Green®, or A-Plus All Weather® Paint.
