Principal Uses: Ideal for use in various pile splicing applications, including bridges, docks, piers, road stud installations, and other infrastructure projects that require reliable, high-strength joints and minimal downtime. Also used to secure anchor bolts, rebar and dowel in concrete.

Surface Preparation & Precautions

Surface Preparation:
1. Surface to be applied must be clean and dry, free from dust, dirt, rust, and other foreign contaminants.
2. Structural defects like leaks, and all sources of internal water pressure must be thoroughly repaired and sealed.
3 Spoiled concrete or loose particle must be completely removed.
4.The use of compressed air is highly recommended for cleaning the dowel holes in order to obtain a clean and structurally sound surface.

Painting Procedure

1. Pre-measure enough quantities of resin base, hardeners and filler to be used. Sand should always be clean, dry and
bagged.
2. Mix thoroughly resin base with aggregates then add the hardener.
3. Pour the admixture on the top surface of the lower pile and allow to flow into the dowel holes, to avoid air entrapment.
4. Lower the upper pile and check for correct dimension and adhesion between the piles.
5. Allow the epoxy mortar to cure within minutes.
